About the project
ai-d3signer.com is the home of my work in AI design, AI agents and AI applications. The site has been live since August 2026. The AI news that used to be on buiningdesign.com now lives there — as one weekly briefing instead of separate daily articles.
How the briefing works
- Every Thursday morning an AI model (Claude) researches the week's news and writes a draft: the news kept neutral, with a separate section "What I think of it".
- The draft arrives on my phone via Telegram. I read it, edit it or approve it.
- Once approved, a small PHP script publishes the edition, rebuilds the archive and updates the sitemap.
- Readers sign up through MailerLite, with a confirmation email, and receive the mini guide "AI die werk verzet" as a welcome.
Why not fully automatic
I tried that first. Within a few weeks a daily AI article feed had written about the same news item five times, and even published an article saying there was nothing to report that day. Now AI does the research and the first draft, and a human decides what goes live. That costs me a few minutes a week.
Technology
Static HTML and CSS, with small PHP scripts for publishing, sign-ups and the contact form. No database and no CMS: a JSON file outside the website is the source of the archive.
